Return & Refund Policy

At NUNO Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kayak or canoe purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Paddle sports equipment that has been used on water cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@nunostore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions within 2 working days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Bespoke or custom-configured kayaks and canoes are non-refundable unless they arrive defective. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any questions about our returns process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
