NUNO Store is proud to offer reliable and efficient delivery of kayaks, canoes, and paddling accessories across the United Kingdom and selected European countries.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the size and weight of the item. Large items such as full-size kayaks and canoes may require specialist freight delivery and could take 5–10 working days.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. An express delivery option is also available for smaller accessories and paddle equipment, with a flat fee applied at checkout.

For European deliveries, shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. International duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive large items, as a signature may be required.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nunostore.co.uk with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
